User-Centered Product Design
with a focus on Wellness and Accessibility
The Art of Becoming LLC
In my role as a product designer, I crafted The Art of Becoming: Self-Loving, a guided coloring and journaling experience designed to foster self-discovery and mental well-being through an approach that is accessible, deeply intentional, and intuitive. Collaborating with a licensed therapist, I developed an immersive tool that seamlessly integrates typography, illustrative prompts, and affirmations, providing users with a nurturing space for healing and growth. Each element—from layout to thematic design—was meticulously crafted to engage a wide range of users, from early adolescents to adults, emphasizing inclusivity and emotional impact. This project exemplifies my commitment to empathy-driven design, focusing on wellness and accessibility to create products that empower users to connect with their inner resilience.
Above, I’m conducting quantitative research to ensure that the materials and tools I’ve created effectively meet the needs of my target demographic. My research methodologies include focus groups, surveys, and one-on-one interviews, all aimed at gathering valuable insights to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience.
